Information for Teachers

COVID-19

Educational activities for schools will now be available on Mondays only. This is when the museum is closed to the general public.

Comprehensive risk assessments for each activity, taking Covid-19 precautions into account, will be provided to the school prior to your visit.

Cancellations to school activity bookings must be made no later than 12 noon on the Friday preceding the intended visit on a Monday or a charge may be incurred.

Self-guided visits to the museum are permitted, however we ask that you contact us using the ‘Make a booking enquiry’ link to arrange this.

Please note that small groups may incur a minimum charge so that we can cover the costs of our staff.

Accessibility and SEND

The ground floor galleries at Clifton Park Museum have level access. There is a lift to the first floor galleries.

A public toilet for disabled visitors is available.

A wheelchair may be borrowed by prior arrangement.

A portable hearing loop may be borrowed by prior arrangement.
